GOP 2.1.1-09/A-2009-1704 - Technological modernization at Emapot
The project involved the acquisition of a HL-25 CNC lathe with Fanuc 0i control and a combined powder coating line.
1.) HL-25 CNC lathe with Fanuc 0i control. Its advantage is that solving machining tasks in-house allows for flexible adaptation to needs, significant reduction of deadlines, quality assurance, and thereby increasing competitiveness.
2.) Combined powder coating line consisting of: a.) Powder coating equipment (manual double-sided powder coating booth with replaceable filter trolley powder separation, Wagner Corona manual application) b.) Combined baking-drying oven.
KDOP-1.1.1/C-2009-0123 - Establishment of a new locksmith and painting production hall at EMAPOT Team Kft.
The aim of our grant project is to create and build a new production hall that meets all requirements, increasing the productivity of our existing workflow.
The hall built under the program has a floor area of 867 m2. It includes a painting shop on 500 m2 on the ground floor, an office on 90 m2, and a locksmith shop on 300 m2. In the upper space, we are creating a "reference production area" on approximately 300 m2, where our partners and customers can view conveyor material handling tools and possibilities in a real-life environment.
Project goals: - Provision of sufficient space and equipment for the locksmith shop for conveyor manufacturing - Creation of a painting shop to improve and ensure quality - Creation of a reference shop - Freeing up space in the old workshop for the machining shop.
The technology and materials used in construction represent modern techniques and excellent quality, with special attention given to environmental consciousness during implementation.
GOP-2.2.1-09/1-2009-0291 - Implementation of an ERP system at Emapot Team Kft.
Implementation of modern ERP software to optimize business processes, increasing company efficiency and transparency.
By today, the company has reached a technological and productivity level where it can no longer operate economically and efficiently without a modern and customized ERP system. The system to be introduced optimizes and harmonizes our main processes, supplemented by an efficient BPR system.
The system is based on the CAS-Genesis WORLD product, serving 5 areas: Corporate CRM, sales; procurement and logistics; production; controlling and decision support; remote and teamwork.
GOP-1.1.1-09/1-2010-0214 - Research and Development grant at Emapot Team Kft.
Support for innovative research and development activities at Emapot Team Kft. for continuous innovation.
The project goal: Development and integration of complex material handling system elements for overhead conveyors, using a solution that allows servicing drying-baking ovens with bottom feeding. This results in significant energy savings of 20-40% for the drying-baking oven.
The system provides a solution for reducing other losses and economically dissipating waste heat that burdens the operating environment.
GINOP-1.2.1-14-2014-00442. - Acquisition of a painting-drying equipment at Emapot Team Kft.
Installation of modern painting-drying equipment within the framework of technological development, representing a quality leap in surface treatment.
The project involved the acquisition of a painting-drying booth with internal dimensions of approx. 8 x 4 x 3 m (L x W x H). The booth is built from insulated sandwich panels with plastic powder coating inside and out. Exhaust is performed by a unit outside the booth. The light intensity in the booth is outstanding, and it features an air-to-air heat exchanger for economical operation.
Contracted support amount: 11.39 million HUF. Support rate: 50%.
VEKOP-2.1.7-15-2016-00609 - Custom-designed closed premium trailer
High-priority prototype development project for creating a unique, premium-category closed trailer.
Our goal was to develop a multi-functional closed-body trailer for European-made premium category passenger cars, with a unique design and high technical and aesthetic content that did not exist on the market with such technical specifications.
Contracted support amount: 71,672,751 HUF. Support rate: 62.5%.
GINOP-2.1.1-15-2016-01051 - Material transfer system between overhead conveyor and AGV
Az EMAPOT TEAM Anyagmozgatás Gépesítési Kft. és a COEL Számítástechnikai Kft. a Széchenyi 2020 Program keretén belül, a Vállalatok K+F+I tevékenységének támogatása c. felhívásra benyújtott, GINOP-2.1.1-15-2016-01051 azonosítószámmal nyilvántartott „Függőkonvejor és vezetőnélküli targonca, illetve egyéb anyagmozgató berendezés közötti automatikus anyagátadó rendszer fejlesztése” c. kérelmük 130,26 millió forint vissza nem térítendő támogatásban részesült.
Jelen fejlesztés célja egy eddig a piacon nem ismert ipari intermodális átadóberendezés kifejlesztése és a hozzá tartozó technológiai dokumentáció elkészítése volt. Az eszköz egy olyan automatizált rendszer, amely az eddigi jól körülhatárolt rendszerek összekapcsolását képes megvalósítani. A projektben a TRL-7 technológiai érettségi szint (Technology Readiness Level) elérését valósítottuk meg, azaz a prototípust gyártási környezetben való működésre készítettük fel.
A projekt K+F eredményét kutatási jelentések, 1 db tesztelt prototípus és a hozzá kapcsolódó technológiai dokumentáció, illetve ipari hasznosítási terv formájában szállítottuk le. A beruházás eredményeként kialakításra került az anyagmozgató rendszer valamennyi újonnan fejlesztett és együttműködő elemét bemutató rendszer.
A projektünk eredménye főleg a könnyű- és nehézgép gyártás területén szükséges összeszerelés, elosztás és tárolás során alkalmazható. A kulcsfontosságú piaci alkalmazás (key market application) egy ipari átadóberendezés, amely a komplettírozott függesztéket, egységrakományt átveszi a konvejorról, majd függőleges süllyesztés után ezt egy vezetőnélküli járműre adja át, amely fordított irányban is működik
