Our products for all areas of material handling
Conveyors
Continuous and Power & Free systems
Continuous overhead conveyor systems are overhead conveyors where the transported products are connected to a single, continuously moving chain. Products always travel together at the same speed, cannot overtake each other, and cannot be stopped individually. This is ideal for simple processes with uniform material flow, such as painting or pretreatment lines.
In contrast, a power & free conveyor consists of two separate tracks: a continuously moving "power" chain and independently movable "free" trolleys. The free trolleys can be decoupled, stopped, buffered, or even overtake each other while the main drive chain continues to run. This allows for individual handling, sequencing, storage, and routing of products to different paths. Power & free systems are ideal where production processes operate with different cycle times or where flexible, intelligent material handling is required.

Roller Conveyors
Gravity and Powered systems
Roller conveyors are simple, reliable material handling systems where products travel on rollers via manual movement, gravity, or motor drive. The advantages of the system are quiet operation, low maintenance requirements, and suitability for transporting almost any packaged or piece goods.
Gravity roller conveyors operate without external energy: products roll forward due to the slope of the track. They are ideal for warehouses, picking areas, and transfer points.
Powered roller conveyors operate with driven rollers or zone-controlled modules, allowing product speed to be regulated, stopped, buffered, or even sorted. This solution is suitable for higher-performance logistics and production processes.

Chain Conveyors
Robust, reliable material handling
Chain conveyors are floor-mounted or integrated systems where products are conveyed by a continuously moving chain. The chain is connected to the transport unit directly or via carriers, making it suitable for moving heavy-weight goods that require stable support. The advantages of the system are high load capacity, long service life, and steady operation.
Chain conveyors can be manufactured with double-row or triple-row designs, depending on the size and weight of the pallet or frame to be transported. Parallel chains provide stable support, making the system well-suited for serving production lines, assembly stations, and logistics areas.
Chain conveyors can be supplemented with rotating or lifting modules as needed, allowing for direction changes or bridging height differences. The zone-controlled design ensures stopping, buffering, and scheduled forwarding, making them easy to integrate into complex material handling systems.
